Most business websites need to look good and load fast. Some need to do that and carry the weight of a decision that matters enormously to the person reading it — a visa application, or a finance product most people have never had explained to them properly. We've built for both, for three real clients based in Western Australia.
Ultimate Migration — East Perth, WA
Ultimate Migration is an OMARA-registered migration agency offering advice across skilled migration, partner and family visas, employer-sponsored visas, student visas and parent visas. For a site like this, the design brief is really a trust brief: visitors need to see registration credentials clearly, understand which visa category applies to them without wading through legal language, and trust the site enough to hand over deeply personal information in an enquiry form.
CarBon and Novated Saver — Malaga, WA
CarBon and Novated Saver both operate in novated vehicle leasing — a three-way arrangement between an employee, their employer and the leasing provider that bundles a car's running costs into a single pre-tax payment. It's a genuinely useful product that almost nobody understands on first read, which makes the website's real job explaining it clearly before it tries to sell anything.
The common thread
None of these three sites could get away with vague copy or a generic template. When the subject matter is confusing or high-stakes, clarity is the conversion strategy — not a headline font or a hero animation. That's the brief we design every regulated-industry project around:
- Credentials and registration numbers visible, not buried in a footer
- Plain-language explanations of the process before any sales copy
- A form that asks for only what's needed to take the next step
